Which languages do you offer?
Language classes, document translation, and interpretation are offered in English, French, Arabic, and Swahili. For translation and interpretation, your requested language pair and availability are confirmed before engagement.
Are classes online or in person?
The listed class prices cover 60-minute online lessons. Private lessons and small groups of four to six students are available, subject to scheduling. In-person lessons are quoted separately, with location and availability confirmed before booking.
How do I choose the right class level?
Start with the free 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and experience. We confirm a suitable starting level and course plan before enrolment. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced pathways are available for languages and computer skills.
How does the 10% combined-package discount work?
Combine eight language lessons with eight computer/IT lessons: 16 one-hour lessons in total. The 10% discount applies to regular lesson rates and replaces the 5% private-package discount. Discounts do not stack. Group prices are per student, with at least four paid students required to start a group.
What does the free introductory call include?
The free 15-minute call covers your goals, general service questions, and the next steps. It is not a full lesson, interpretation session, or case-specific immigration consultation. Choose a date and time on the calendar, then send your request through WhatsApp or email. Your appointment is confirmed after we reply.
How long does document translation take?
Turnaround depends on your language pair, document length, complexity, formatting, and deadline. Share those details in your initial enquiry. Your quote confirms the delivery timeline, minimum charge, and any agreed extras before work begins. Urgent requests are subject to availability.
How are travel and immigration consultations arranged?
Tell us your goals during the introductory conversation. We confirm the appropriate service, availability, professional responsible, scope, and any fees before engagement. Travel bookings are offered through the applicable registered agency arrangement once established.
What are the payment, cancellation, and refund terms?
We confirm your service and price in writing, then provide an invoice with payment instructions. Paid individual lessons and consultations can be cancelled or changed without a fee with at least 24 hours’ notice; later cancellations and missed appointments use the booked session fee. Eligible unused package lessons are refundable at the paid package rate. Other services have written terms confirmed before payment. Read the full service policies ↗
